Technician (Building Maintenance)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible to carry out minor repairs and maintenance work such as installation of lighting, wiring, replacement of fused lamps, repairing of toilet water pressure pump and etc.
- Ensure all electrical systems in the hotel are in good operating conditions at all times and serviced according to schedule.
- Ensure all equipment, air-conditioning and tools in good conditions at all times.
- Trouble shooting and resolve any problem occurred to power supply, telephone line, air-conditioning system, equipment and tools.
- Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area.
- In general, perform any other duties that might be assigned by higher management.
- Preferred age in between 18 to 27 years old.

- Proven success in a similar role and environment.

- Pride and attention to detail.
- Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
