Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible to maintain hotel cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
  • To adhere with Housekeeping procedures (SOP) for all tasks specified at any time.
  • Responsible to clean guest rooms and public areas efficiently and properly.
  • Responsible for replenishment of guest room amenities according to Housekeeping procedure (SOP).
  • Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards, extra bed, prayer mat and etc. with a proper recording.
  • Anticipate guest’s need, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests. To maintain positive guest relations at all times.
  • In general, perform any other duties that might be assigned by higher management.
