Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Daily Sales Report, Daily Cashier Report & Night Audit Report checking & reconciliation.
  2. To handle Account Payable & Account Receivable.
  3. To handle up to date and accurate posting of accounts (Front Office System & Accounting System).
  4. Prepare Monthly Accounting Reports.
  5. To assist to prepare Financial Closing and Year End Audit.
  6. Ensure submission of SST & TTX and related documentation is on time.
  7. Maintain proper accounting and administrative records.
  8. To perform other administrative duties.
  9. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  10. In general, perform any other duties that might be assigned by higher management.

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)


Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Prefer : Female, Malay, have experience in hotel industry , single & not fresh graduate.
